Welcome to Robert’s Printing & Signs. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Robert’s Printing TX website and services provided by JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing.
By accessing or using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or interfere with its normal operation.
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on artwork, quantities, materials, and additional services.
Orders: Orders are confirmed only once payment terms are agreed upon and artwork has been approved in writing.
Changes & Cancellations: Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
Robert’s Printing & Signs is not responsible for errors, including spelling, grammar, or design layout, once proofs are approved.
Files must meet our print specifications. Additional setup fees may apply if adjustments are required.
Payment is due as specified in your invoice or agreement.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, check, and ACH. A 3% convenience fee applies to credit card payments.
Late payments may incur finance charges or collection costs.
A $35.00 returned check fee will be added to the invoice total for all returned checks. If not paid within 15 days, the account will be sent to collections. Payment for returned checks must be made via money order or certified bank check.
Production begins only after proofs are approved and payment or deposit is received.
We make every effort to meet quoted turnaround times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because all printed products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
We will replace or reprint any order with defects caused by us.
Please notify us of any issues within 5 business days of receipt so we can resolve them promptly.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, resulting from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing offers an optional SMS messaging program for existing and prospective business customers.
Messages may include:
Quote request updates
Proof approval reminders
Order status updates
Production updates
Delivery notifications
Pickup notifications
Weekly billing summaries
Vends Reports
Invoice totals
Account balances
Payment reminders
Payment deadlines
Payment confirmations
Related account notifications
This SMS program does not include promotional or marketing messages.
Message frequency varies based on the customer’s account, order, and billing activity. Recurring billing summaries are typically sent no more than once per week. Additional transactional messages may be sent when triggered by quote, proof, order, production, pickup, delivery, billing, payment, or customer-requested activity.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Customers may opt in through a JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing website form, including:

Customers provide their mobile phone number and actively select a separate SMS consent checkbox.
The SMS consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
The customer may submit the form, request a quote, place an order, or purchase services without selecting the SMS consent checkbox.
Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent.
Selecting a general Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions acceptance checkbox does not constitute SMS consent.
Customers who do not select the SMS consent checkbox are not enrolled through the website opt-in method.
Existing business account holders may provide verbal SMS consent during a telephone call or an in-person conversation with an authorized employee of JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing.
Before enrolling the customer, the employee reads the following disclosure:
“JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing can send recurring text messages related to your business account. Messages may include quote updates, proof approval reminders, order updates, production updates, delivery notifications, pickup notifications, weekly billing summaries, Vends Reports, invoice totals, account balances, payment reminders, payment deadlines, payment confirmations, and related account notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account, order, and billing activity. Recurring billing summaries are typically sent no more than once per week. Additional transactional messages may be sent when triggered by quote, proof, order, production, pickup, delivery, billing, payment, or customer-requested activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase our products or services. Do you agree to receive these automated text messages at the mobile number you provided?”
The customer must provide a clear affirmative response, such as:
“Yes, I agree.”
Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent.
An existing business relationship does not constitute consent.
Silence or an unclear response does not constitute consent.
Consent to receive a printed or emailed invoice does not automatically constitute consent to receive SMS messages.
Customers who do not clearly agree are not enrolled through the verbal opt-in method.
After receiving clear affirmative verbal consent, the authorized employee records the following information in the customer’s account or designated consent record:
Customer’s full name
Business or account name
Mobile phone number
Date and time of consent
Consent method
Name of the employee who collected consent
Confirmation that the approved verbal disclosure was read
Customer’s affirmative response
JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing retains the consent record while the customer remains enrolled in the SMS program and for an appropriate period afterward.
Customers may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the message.
After receiving a valid STOP request, JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing will send a one-time confirmation message. The customer will no longer receive SMS messages unless they later provide new consent.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on wireless network availability, carrier processing, device compatibility, and accurate telephone information.
JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a specific period.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers that help JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing operate and deliver the SMS program, including telecommunications and SMS delivery providers.
These service providers may use the information only as necessary to provide services to JJL Printing Inc dba/ Robert’s Printing & Signs dba/ D&L Printing.
