Message frequency varies based on the customer’s account, order, and billing activity.
Recurring billing summaries are typically sent no more than once per week.
Additional transactional messages may be sent when triggered by quote, proof, order, production, pickup, delivery, billing, payment, or customer-requested activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After receiving a valid STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message.
You will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you later provide new consent.
