Welcome to Roberts Printing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (Roberts Printing TX) and our services.
By accessing or using our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or interfere with its normal operation.
Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on artwork, quantities, materials, and additional services.
Orders: Orders are confirmed only once payment terms are agreed upon and artwork has been approved in writing.
Changes & Cancellations: Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any costs incurred prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
Roberts Printing is not responsible for errors (including spelling, grammar, or design layout) once proofs are approved.
Files must meet our print specifications. Additional setup fees may apply if adjustments are required.
Payment is due as specified in your invoice or agreement.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card (3% convenience fee applies), check, and ACH.
Late payments may incur finance charges or collection costs.
A $35.00 returned check fee will be added to the invoice total for all returned checks. If not paid within 15 days, the account will be sent to collections. Payment for returned checks must be made via money order or certified bank check.
Production begins only after proofs are approved and payment (or deposit) is received.
We make every effort to meet quoted turnaround times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because all printed products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted.
We will replace or reprint any order with defects caused by us.
Please notify us of any issues within 5 business days of receipt so we can resolve them promptly.
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by Roberts Printing or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roberts Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold Roberts Printing harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
